Hey I'm Mary.

For over 22 years, I have been working as both a licensed clinical counselor and a life coach with wonderful people who were struggling to get out of their own way and to be happy. During this time, I have discovered fundamental steps to becoming empowered, and real tools that work to create sustained change. Through my work in various environments with people from all walks of life, I have found that the blend of encouragement, proper identification of obstacles, and the right tools to remove them is the best course of action.

All of this experience - and the thousands of profound moments watching clients heal, grow and transform, really helped me to create this course which embodies all that I have learned about how to get back to your authentic self and find your true voice. I have found that the sense of community and support that I provide in my work is a crucial factor in helping clients face themselves and make progress towards their goals. I firmly believe that we cannot do this work alone and that we need each other to succeed.
